Day hike on a section of the WA Pacific Crest trail from Government Meadow to Arch Rock.
This is a pretty little section of the WA portion of the Pacific Crest trail suitable for a day hike. Starting from Government Meadow, head south through heavy forest with periodic views of the surrounding peaks. We stopped at Arch rock for lunch with terrific views of Raven's roost across the valley and the Stuart range and Mt. Daniel to the north.
