Some decent wildlife viewing, but trails are not very well connected and there isn't a lot to do for how far it is.
I went here with my dog for a hike once and a run another time! Some of their trails are perfect for a jog with well maintained paths (Dogue trail). Others are better a hike because they're less traveled with lots of roots. I appreciate both! My dog loves coming here and I plan to come back many times!
Well kept trails for the most part, great vistas of Belmont Bay, and overall a peaceful and quiet park especially on weekdays. I enjoy walking the trails often.
Great trail, took my 7 1/2 month old and wife on the trails had a great day and it was a very peaceful park. the park rangers are all very friendly for being what look like college kids.
Great park with lots of trails. Most seem to be a bit over a mile and really well maintained so they are easy to walk with little ones. There's lots of wildlife by the shore and some great teaching opportunities with kids who want to explore. Some of the trails by the beach are under construction currently so you can only go so far, but in low tide you can get across some of the sand and further down the beach that way.
Multiple trails in the park. Most were around 1 mile although there is one outside the ranger station that you could take into the park if you dont want to pay. Took the kids (5) and (9) on the Bayview trail. IT was a nice walk by the river/bay and through the marsh (elevated board walkway). Park had relatively clean bathrooms too.
Easy trail with good view of Belmont Bay. The trail fits families and adults.
