There is a different variety of things to do in the Berkeley Springs area. It is always a treat to head 522N!

Always a nice ride. There are a couple nice state parks on this road.

I have taken this route many times over the years. It is a pleasant drive that is almost never crowded. From Winchester Virginia take 522 North through Berkeley Springs West Virginia and on to Hancock, Maryland. From there you can continue north a couple miles into Pennsylvania on I-70 or take I-68 west across the Maryland panhandle.
