Pretty muddy at some parts but a good hike. There were lots of people with there dogs so that was awesome!
really awesome hike, but beware its crazy muddy through a segment of the way right now. there is some high ground you can get to but still pretty muddy with all of the ice melting
Steep the last stretch but a great view from the top.
Did an early morning hike 11/18 with traces of snow in shady areas. It is short but pretty much straight uphill. As a visiting hiker from the east coast, the altitude affected me more than I expected. Take breaks when needed if you're not used to the altitude, you'll get there. And the view from the seats up top are beautiful. Love that it is so close to SLC - no need to drive forever for a good hike. Thanks UT!
Pretty and easy hike. I would say the only thing that makes it a moderate hike is that there is no shade on the way up. Perfect spot for sunrise and sunsets, and you can take your dogs.
