Mossy Cave Turret Arch and Little Windows Trail is a 1.1 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Bryce Canyon City, UT that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round.
An easy stroll in Bryce next to a creek that brings you past hoodoos, to a waterfall, and then to a mossy cave where icicles hang in the shady places. If you feel adventurous, climb to the hole in the wall above the falls. Mossy Cave is the trail you want to go to if you have a very short time and want to do a little hike. Or, if you have guests or kids that do not like to break a sweat on a hike, this is a perfect little stroll where you can get the whole below canyon experience without the hike down into the canyon.
Perfect hike for family.
Really cool short hike with nice views.
So beautiful and fun for all ages!! Bring shorts and flip flops to play in the water!
Hiked up the creek a good ways upstream of the falls. Was a nice evening hike.
Great trail along creek. Kids loved playing in water and water fall at end. perfect when heat hits triple digits.
Very short. The waterfall was underwhelming. The cave was pretty cool. This was a great hike for kids.
Fun short hike, the waterfall is more impressive than the cave.
great for the family, kids loved it, beautiful pictures.
The hike itself was beautiful, it was just very crowded. Very short and easy hike, we veered off path a bit to avoid everyone there. Just mind the rocks when you go please! Erosion is at work. The waterfall was beautiful, the water was cold yet there was plenty of people. The cave was not impressive at all and it was fenced off.
Perfect hike for getaway day as you get a lot of scenery for a short easy walk. It had rained the night before so the waterfall was full. The cave was not much to see.
An easy hike that runs along the river, leading you to a waterfall, a grotto, and some hoodoos. Perfect way to start your day before spending a few hours in the car.
Great easy hike for the entire family!
The trail is short and easy but very pretty. The trailhead isn't well marked, so just head east from the main entrance to Bryce on the 12, and after driving about 4 miles, keep an eye out for a small parking lot on your right.
Great short hike which offers a sampler of Bryce Canyon. It was a hot summer day, the trail was crowded and lots of folks were either swimming at the waterfall or wading in the river. A quick summer rain cooled off things nicely. This is a great place to see a cave, a river, a waterfall and red-orange hoodoos. You get a great adventure for little effort. Not to miss!
A short, easy, and fun hike. Great scenery along the trail with a cave and waterfall at the end.
