Marjorie Lake Trail is a 5.7 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Kamas, UT that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible from June until October. Dogs and horses are also able to use this trail.
The trail is mostly through wooded areas with views of small lakes and ponds. The trail is fairly easy on mostly level terrain that can be rocky in some places.
Hiked to this lake from the trail that runs run past pot and weir lake. Didn't realize there was another trail to the east. Planning on getting back next year to check on the main trail that shows up only in the Nat-Geo map
This was a great hike. Would have easily taken our three year old, there were only two spots where it got a little steep, but only four about 100 yards each. The fishing at Marjorie is great, with large Brookies and one of the few lakes in the Uintas that holds Arctic Grayling!
Pretty easy trail. It turned out to be great for our first backpacking trip in years. On June 13th there was spotty snow and most of the trail was wet and muddy, but there were less bugs and people than there will be later in the season!
