Layton Marsh Wetlands Preserve Trail is a 3.1 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Syracuse, Utah that features beautiful wild flowers. The trail is rated as moderate and primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
The wetlands are generally off limits as private property. If u are walking down Gentile Street from Layton into Syracuse you may see pheasant and quail. It makes for a beautiful walk and can be done in conjunction with the Paved Bluff Trail and Jensen Park.
