Hyrum State Park Trail is a 0.5 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Hyrum, UT that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, birding, and fishing and is accessible from March until October.
Hyrum State Park is a terrific year round fishing destination for bass, trout, perch, and bluegill. In the summer the park is an excellent place to participate in a variety of water sports. The park makes a great base camp for hikers, bikers, rock climbers, and auto tours.
Has a little camping place too. The water is perfect in the summer and winter. Great little ice fishing place.
Mostly for boating or fishing. Very few places to actually hike. Fun area.
I've been waterskiing a few times at Hyrum Reservoir. It's a pretty nice place for boating.
