Bonneville Shoreline Trail to Bobsled Trail Loop is a 6.5 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Salt Lake City, Utah that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as difficult. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until October.
Trail was a little rutted out at the beginning but otherwise was awesome!
This isn't the bobsled trail (at least not the trailhead or route noted on the map as of Summer 2016. This route is Dry Creek, and actually a better map of dry creek than the one shown on the Dry Creek page). The bobsled is actually marked on the map, further W. It's an advanced downhill mountain biking trail and should not be used for hiking. The paramedics/firefighters stationed at 11th ave are busy enough with just the downhill bikers without having to worry about collisions with hikers.
Not as hard as I'd like, but adequate. The city view at the top was awesomely worth it.
One of the best downhill rides around. Love the new features at the bottom of the trail.
Great, but this is not the Bobsled trail. This is Dry Creek. The Bobsled is North of this and is really like a bobsled run....
Not to bad of a climb up but Super fast trail down.
Great downhill bike trail. DO NOT HIKE ON THIS TRAIL. You'll get run over. Don't.
Fun trail! The beginning of the downhill was pretty rutted out do to rain, better a quarter of the way down. Good times!
This is a fun trail! The only downside was lots of uphill for what felt like a quick downhill run. Definitely one of my favorite places to ride.
