The trail is not too uphill and is balanced so biking is good even for someone who hasn't done it before. However the address on this app is not how to get to the trail. The trailhead is right under the Y on the mountain.
Super easy trail with a pretty view.
Not a bad trail. Just keep your head up and look out for bikes.
It's a really easy mountain bike/trail run that's close by if you don't have as much time to get up higher.
This is an excellent, well maintained trail that is perfect for a trail run, biking practice/condition, or just going for a walk with the dog. It sits above the skyline, and you get impressive views of everything in the Utah Valley, without having to summit a mountain. This is one you'll want to keep doing over an over again, because it's so close, relatively easy, and is easy on the eyes. Be careful doing this one during the heat of the day during the summer. Bring water, as it will be hot, exposed, and you can only fill up at trailheads.
A very easy and flat trail above the city skyline. Nice view and great for a family hike, but not especially adventurous.
