Penitentiary Hollow Trail is a 1.3 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Weatherford, Texas that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, rock climbing, birding, and fishing and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

I'm sure it pretty. But $7 per person is absolutely ridiculous to charge for a family to go on a short hike. Sorry but I think not.
Nice park. Trail is out and back, very scenic in spots, Good place for birding or photography.
The area is nice. Not much of a trail to follow. But the area with the large rock cliffs was pretty, great place for rock climbing.
