As urban greenways go, this one is ok. It's good for biking, walking, and running. It's hilly, so don't ride the cruiser - you need a couple gears. Tyson park has lots of stuff for kids to play on. If you continue onto the Bearden Village Greenway along Sutherland Avenue, be sure to stop at Dead End BBQ. They have the best wings on earth. One complaint is that the greenways aren't always clearly marked. There's bunch of them that connect, sometimes in rather haphazard ways that don't always make sense. Riding the entire 16-mile connected track might be nice, but study up on the city map first. Or better yet, print it out and take it with you.
Short, easy, and pleasant trail.
I love the greenway! It could connect better to the jean Teague greenway. Also I've noticed how everyone on the trail is always so nice and friendly
Just a small trail/greenway. When I was at the University of Tennessee our class planted some shrubs and trees there. I got to witness and become a part of it's birth. Pretty cool little place to walk your dog or just stretch your legs. Not a very long trial.
