Long Arm Branch Trail is a 3.5 mile lightly trafficked point-to-point trail located near Erwin, Tennessee that features a waterfall. The trail is rated as moderate and primarily used for hiking, horses, and mountain biking. Horses are also able to use this trail.
Long Arm Branch is a 3.5 mile point-to-point trail leading to Bearwallow Gap. It is the starting point to Pine Ridge Falls. This yellow-blazed horse trail leads to Bearwallow Gap where it connects with a forest service road which leads to Higgins Creek.
Secluded, very pretty hike. Some nice uphill terrain and a lot of opportunity to see wild life. Only problem is that the wild life includes tics. Wear long pants and spray for bugs!
Short hike to a pretty, but on the small size, waterfall if you go left at the fork after the creek crossing.
