Short loop that leads to Laurel Falls
It was dry when we went. It doesn't compare to Stone Door!! You might as well see it while you are there.
It's right there so you might as well take 10 min to see it. It was barely a trickle when I went though.
The falls were barely flowing, which was a little disappointing but it was a nice way to top off my stone door hike!
Also, it is all stairs so beware!
Good Elevation change.
The falls are at the Stone Door park area (park there), but when you get started you go left at the trail head, It is marked well. It is a lot of stairs but very nice. You can hike back up behind the fall a bit but I did not see a trail to the bottom of the falls.
It's ok your just goin down some stairs your not hiking. This water fall is not on here but go to machine falls it is amazing
It's ok but it's not a hike it's just going down some stairs.this waterfall is not on here but you should go to machine fall it is an amazing trail.
Great short hike. beautiful waterfall and views of the creek. Be aware that you do climb several stairs.
Short, steep descent on stairs to a beautiful low flow waterfall. Steep ascent out on old rocky roadbed.
