Strawberry Hill Nature Trail is a 1 mile loop trail located near Fairfield, Pennsylvania and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
Pleasant, easy loop trail passing through woodlands and wetlands White-blazed Nature Trail begins behind landmark pink cabin by pond, passes through pine grove and then follows Swamp Creek upstream through mature eastern deciduous forest. Footbridges cross creek twice before moderate rise for return loop on hillside. Trail ends with gentle descent to cabin. The Nature Trail provides access for up to 9 miles of additional trail loops, providing more extensive hikes with a variety of terrains. Picnic areas and restrooms are available at the Nature Center, making this a family-friendly facility. The Nature Center is open Monday - Saturday from 9 to 4. Trails are open daily from dawn to dusk. Trail map available at Nature Center.
