Devil's Hole Trail is a 3.2 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Cresco, Pennsylvania that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from April until October.
Rocky trails, be prepared to scramble in places. Not really for all levels, more like moderate difficulty. Saw evidence of bears. Tricky hiking in the fall with all the leaves covering the path
trails arent marked, but not too hard to follow. lots of little trails branching out here and there. you cross the creek alot so i suggest bring water(proof) shoes
Really nice hike. Just be sure to go down the hill from the parking lot. Abandoned stuff is really cool to see.
Fun walk. Clean trail. Lots of mosquitos. Cool ruins
Great trail with old ruins along the way. Fun to do with kids. Bring your hiking boots and prepare to get wet.
Good trail. Had to cross the creek 4 times. Very important to GO DOWNHILL from the parking lot!!! May be would be good to go there with dogs. For now (June) A LOT of mosquitoes!.
Nice walk. Cool little waterfalls.
great scenery. quiet. prepare to get wet.
Beautiful place! No trail markings so it could be easy to get lost and you cross water about four times along the paths. We only found one ruin, there's supposed to be several throughout the woods here.
Walk downhill from parking and you'll hit the stream. Go upstream and you'll eventually hit the ruins of a ski lodge. If you like old ruins this is a great hike! The multiple crossings are almost impossible not to get wet though.
