Wasco Lake Trail is a 4.5 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Camp Sherman, Oregon that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from June until November.
This is a great easy/moderate hike. Beautiful trail through burned out areas and full trees. I don't agree with the 7.6 miles. My GPS said 6.3 and that was with an extra climb up the hill to the PCT and then south to a viewpoint, Well worth the extra climb. Areas for camping along the lake. Very peaceful if you are there when no one else is there.
