Breathtaking view of the falls! Beautiful Big leaf Maples falling! We followed one of.the below directions to find Stassle falls. Just look for the big rocks at the begining of a trail on the right about .4 ml beyond the sign for the Shellburg falls trail. Its worth speaking out!!!!!

Stassel Falls is hard to find! This is a great family hike, and for us close to home (by 30 minutes). If you follow the trail and continue straight from the sign pointing to Shellburg Falls for approx .4th of a mile the trail will veer right and there are rocks that outline an unmarked trail. Take the right and for about another .4th of a mile it'll lead to Stassel Falls.

Couldn't find strassel falls. The other two falls were a bit low on water- otherwise a nice little loop.

Being able to walk behind the falls was totally unexpected! It was beautiful but ended up being a lot shorter than expected.

FYI...the trail is closed due to logging. Made the hour trip for nothing.

It was worth it once you got to the falls but the hike to get to the beginning of the trail is uneventful.

Nice hike through some pastures, my dog freaked out on the first cattle gate. The waterfalls were beautiful, I'll be back in the winter to see them when they are flowing better.
