Redwood Nature Trail is a 1.2 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Brookings, OR that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking and is accessible year-round.
beautiful easy loop.
Peaceful trail. Plenty wide and wheelchair accessible. picnic tables to enjoy nature, and a hallowed redwood perfect for iconic photos.
Great easy hike
This was a great hike and there was nobody there.
Fantastic hive, very picturesque creeks and foot bridges.
Great hike with kids
Nice walk on a fall day.
Beautiful area, very poor signage. The trail splits at a bench shortly after starting the National Forest loop (you can park and start at the mouth of this loop or begin with the state park river trail about 3/4 of a mile away) either way will work but it appears the intent was to have you start to the left leaving the best to the end.
Great trail to see the Redwoods!!! Park at the campground and river access area. Then walk the River trail to the Redwood trail. Makes for a nice hike. Took me a lot longer the first day because I had to keep stopping for photo ops!!!
Great hike through the Northern most redwoods in Oregon. This trail has the largest redwood in Oregon.
Such a beautiful, peaceful hike. Love the Redwoods! This place always brings me right back to nature.
My GF loves this hike- she calls it the "Fairy Hike" - I have yet to see an actual fairy on this beautiful trail tho...
Great trail for a family hike.
we are just intruducing our 5yr old to hiking and she even did great on this one. the scenery was great and the hike was pretty easy. worth at least seeing but not if you are trying to challenege yourself. a great stop on the Oregon coast though.
Nice easy trail. Has a few moderate climbs, a couple of bridges and streams. Great for the whole family.
It is a very easy trail , great for beginners and kids, in a beautiful setting.
Quick, beautiful and lots of silly photo opportunities.
