Nice quick hike. Uphill to the lake.
Easy hike to wilderness, in only a mile in. Camped overnight. Was nice. Lake was kind of warm for filtered drinking water. Was allowed to make fire which was a plus. Recommend for first timers or have children going.
This was a great hike and well worth it to see such a beautiful peaceful lake takes about 20 min is 1.4 miles would def do it again.. Lots of downed trees on the way up.:
This was a really fun, easy trail. Were a LOT of downed trees and not maintained very well. But beautiful lake when you get out there. Is warm in very late summer but can have caddis hatches that get a bit annoying. The edge of the lake is pretty much all covered in logs but there is one small beachy area, but that's at the very entrance and is where most people hang out.
Easy hike on a beautiful to a pristine lake with a clear view of South Sister and Broken Top.
Beautiful 1.4 mile out in back. Lake is great for swimming. Not to busy and well worth the time
