Loved the caves!
Short hike. To get more into the caves it requires some agility. Can be quite slippery when it's rainy in the fall. Overall very unique and you wont be disappointed.
Beautiful in any season.
A short hike but well worth it!! We went during the week so it was less crowded. 180 is closed due to construction so there is a detour.
Good hike. Go early on weekends to avoid crowds. Be careful with young children as cliffs are dangerous especially from inside Rockhouse.
Easy, short, interesting hike.
Relatively short hike to a cool spot. The hike isn't hard but would be challenging to someone with limited mobility or not able to walk a steep hill... While Rock house is a cave, you wouldn't really consider it a caving activity because it's a limited caving experience... Still well worth the experience... If you haven't been before, it's worth making part of your Hocking Hills experience. We combined it with the short version of the Old Man's cave hike from the State Park visitor's center... Combo easily done in 2-3 hours counting drive time between
Nice short trail, beautiful views.
Stay away from the edge.
The visual beauty is right from a movie.
this was our second favorite trail out of all 6. it's beautiful and challenging with all the stairs and squeezing through boulders, but the view is fantastic! we were especially in awe when we got to the top and climbed into the rock cave...amazing!!! worth all the steps!!
Amazing quick hike. A must see if you are in the area. One of the few actual caves you can go into, make sure you bring your camera. Dog friendly as well.
absolutely most enjoyable quick hike we have done in the past couple years. I took the wife and 11 yr. old grandson and thoroughly enjoyed it. Beautiful landscape, and great views from the cavern. Would highly recommend everyone do it !!
Best hike of the year I have done it three times now love to take the left at the fork it gives a much bigger impact when walking up to the rock house. Now time to schedule trip 4!!!!
The "Rock House" itself is worthy of five stars. It's a must-see in Ohio. It is an easy, quick trail and the area sees a lot of traffic.
