nice trails, need better markings.
Beautiful views, but the trails are poorly marked.
Have hiked this trail too many times to count over the years. Great place to take the kids. A bit crowded on the weekends.
Nice moderate trail that can be made into a longer hike. A few nice spots to enjoy some natural views. If looking for a quiet hike this is not the place to go on weekends, spring, or summer time.
Moderate level hiking trails with wonderful views. There are some small waterfalls. There were a lot of people, though.
My 6 and 7-year-old love walking this trial with me. We frequent this trail often because the kids love the uniqueness of the trial and the waterfall! Plus there is a access to the creek bed and they love standing on the rocks looking for little fish.
Great place to hike in all four seasons. It makes for a beautiful day hike if you start further west in the town of Clifton.
Absolutely love this trail. Best hike in the area.
Nice hike, and the nearby town is great too (Yellow Springs). Makes for a perfect day trip. Also, the raptor center and dairy are great to visit if you're making a day of it.
I am a South African and
walked this lovely trail with a Guatemalan, an Afghan, and a Kiwi and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience despite or because of getting lost here and there ( despite GPS on this great app).
Trail was amazing! A ton of cool things to see throughout the entire loop. Definitely recommend a map because following the trail is difficult, i made a couple wrong turns which extended the trip but overall it was a moderate difficulty and great views
Nice hike, waterfalls, really cool rock formations, visitor center, nice helpful staff. Down side, trails are poorly marked. Be sure you stop in the visitor center and give the .50 cent donation for a map, it helps to navigate the trails a lot.
Very nice trail thru nature preserve. Plenty of parking. Well maintained trails. Nice cascades. Can be busy during weekends. Recommend also seeing Clifton Gorge 7 miles by car away.
awesome place to hike!
Beautiful scenery in in Yellow Springs. The trail winds down from the start in Yellow Springs to the Little Miami River, which is clear and gurgling. Highlights of the preserve include the Yellow Spring and a good sized waterfall. A great place to spend a few hours in nature and it's in one of the most unique towns in Ohio.
