This was one of my favorite things about NE Ohio - all the bike/hike trails. I could ride this trail from my home in Stow all the way to Cleveland. I loved it, but watch for walkers; they often have headphones and don't hear you. Also watch for the occasional rude biker who thinks that it is just their trail :). Fortunately, 99% of the people on the trail are considerate and simply out enjoying the outdoors. Miss ya, Cleveland!

The trail is nicely paved with some sections being a little bumpy. There are a good bit of road crossings, minor and major, but they don't impede biking much. Biking through the residential areas can be a nightmare if you are trying to do the trails yourself especially the area just south of Stow High School. Bring one of the maps that are provided at most of the trailheads and keep an eye out for trail signs when in residential areas!

I would say this trail is primarily use for walking/running and casual bike riding. Not for road cycling.

Good paved trail, mostly sheltered from wind. Major road crossing can be a frustrating stop/go if road biking, but great if you are interval training. Some small patches of gravel that are no trouble for road bikes. Not too busy, most walkers are conscious of riders.
