Nice views at Luther Rock. The summit was a weather and cell tower. Not much to see there. It's a nice paved road almost to the top. A nice short hike for families with smaller kids.

It was a nice little trail that offered beautiful views and well developed trails. A short trip but time well spent!

The trails feel to connected to civilization. If you are looking for peace and solitude this is not it. The giant cell phone tower at the summit is an eyesore.

Shortest route to summit of all time. 0.3 mi. Not much there in addition to cell phone tower. Nice view of town. The loop is an easy walk along the ridge, fairly close to the treeline on the way out so you can see the nearby hills. The spur to the Luther Rock is worth the few extra minutes. Several nice views from there. The second loop along Lost Province trail begins as a path through the woods along another ridge. At times you do com precariously close to cliff sides on the other side of the underbrush. Stay on the trail. Both loops return on the inside, lower part of the ridge. Nice walk through Oak tree forest. I am sure the Rhododendrons are beautiful in the spring. I am here in September. Nice walk.

This is a nice little trail for a couple or group in the area that are looking to fill some time. Me and 7 others hit up this trail this past weekend and it offers several spots with great looks. There are also several signs along the trail drawing attention to the plants and trees native to the area. I would have to say the hardest part of the trail is at the very beginning. The first 150-200 yards are a steady incline but once you reach the peak, its a smooth sail. All in all, if youve got the time, hit this trail up. You wont be dissapointed.
