This place was awesome, we hiked about 10 miles when we went here, every trail was great and the creek at the bottom was fun as well. This place is on my Rader to ride at as well. From what I could see, the riding here looks great.
Frequently visited , perfect for dogs. Plenty of open space.
There is another much more technical trail here as well.
Trails are not marked...just fields with a strip mowed for walking trail out in open with no shade areas...dog poop everywhere and most of trails you can even smell the dog poop!!!
Easy trail and fun with a dog
This is a very fun trail, especially for a noob like me. Very nicely marked with signs (seperating main loop from intermediate/advanced sections) and great flow through everything. Just know there is an inclining rock bed near the end of the trail so be extra careful. Overall a very good time ☺️
Very good workout with nice trails
Easy to get to and good parking. Great hiking trails, however, not marked very well and maps not available. Looking forward to trying the bike trails.
Fantastic hike and mtn biking trails.
15 minutes from my house. what a treasure of different trails. my kids and I went and spent an hour and didn't even scratch the surface. look forward to returning.
Ran a 5 mile race here and really enjoyed it. Good challenge and plenty of shade. Most of the trails are pretty tight and tough to pass. Not sure how good it would be to run while mountain bikers are out there.
Lots of work has been put into these trails. Signage is good.
It is not real ong but the local mountain bike group, Tarheel Trailblazers do a super job maintaining the trails. Currently thre are about 5 miles of fast, twisty mountain bike trails with some technicals and an expert loop. Nice job!
