Catawba Riverfront Mountain Bike Park Trail is a 8.3 mile loop trail located near Charlotte, North Carolina. The trail is rated as moderate and primarily used for hiking and mountain biking.
A nice section of the US National Whitewater Center near the Catawba River...overall it is a great place for all kinds of outdoor activities (rafting, kayaking, adventure courses/canopy tours, zip lining, rock wall climbing, mountain biking and hiking...with sixteen trails in all). There is a $5 day or $40 annual parking fee that lets you explore the facility and trails. There are passes for different activities and also season passes if you plan multiple return visits.
Great trails, better known as the US National Whitewater Center. Bring money to do other things after your ride.
Great moderate hike with well marked trails and half-mile markers. Lots of small hills and constant view of water.
Went mtb over 6 years ago here, but now i heard u have to pay 10 bucks just to bike.
I got to go twice, wish it was still open
I like this trail, good for mtb but my car bottoms out of parking lot. Only downer for me.
Best mtb around, recently the trail got worked on and in great shape. Lots of jumps. And the roots are not as bad as people say.
Worst trail design and maintaining ever
A lot of fun. Right from the start you have good climbs, downhill and uphill switchbacks. A must do if you are in the charlotte area.
Some mean climbs, plenty of tech. Hit the black loops and have a blast. As good as it gets in this region/terrain.
