Very well maintained. My dog loved it. There were other people and dogs as well. Everyone was nice. Good experience I'll be going back for sure.
The trail was very easy, good for family's.
Nice "walk in the park" as I call them.
Very relaxing and serene. A little confusing, trails could be more clearly marked.
Been coming here for awhile with friends and dog. It is my happy place and so serene. The trails are wide and easy to navigate. The pond is stocked regularly and it's a great local place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy nature.
Loved the amount of shade provided by the array of trees but I went with a friend and our young children and we got VERY lost!!! There are a lot of side trails leading to people's homes and it is not clear at all which is the Main loop trail. If you know where you're going would be a great place to take your dogs or jog... Reservoir is pretty but again hard to find depending on where you park your car... Also limited parking and no signs for trailhead on roweland!!
Super nice trail with many variations with a nice pond. Use this app to navigate around because of the many different side trails. Can't wait to mountains bike it.
A fun little discovery we made while geocaching! The wide trails are easy to follow and the goldfish pond makes for a nice destination to have a picnic lunch.
Nice trails. Only complaint is that the many side trails weren't marked. Luckily we were ok getting lost and looping around. Loved the soft trails covered in pine needles.
Loved it here. Took my dog with me. Wide paths and many friendly people. Beautiful scenery.
Beautiful little preserve! Take a map with you tho, the trails can be a bit confusing as there are several trail heads on Rowland St.
The trail was well maintained and beautiful. I went during mid January so there was snow on the ground and the lakes were frozen. It was a beautiful hike and there were a few people with dogs also hiking. Very peaceful and would recommend the trail.
I hiked there on 12/12/15 which was a very warm day. Lots of families there, some dogs, but everybody was very pleasant. I loved both the lake and the sand pit areas. Will return here to snow shoe in the future.
This trail branches off in many directions. You can easily get over 3 miles of walking. It's a well maintained trail that leads through a pine forest with a pond and aside from distant traffic it was a very pleasant walk. Met several people so it is popular. Will definitely go back to check out the other trail options.
