Very happy to find a trail so close to my office. It is a paved trail but it's worth the visit. Planning to hike it all, just did 1.5 miles "lunch time".
Decent for a quick cardio :)
Noisy. Not anywhere as scenic as the North Country Trail. Sandwiched in between highways but don't have to worry about riding in traffic
A paved road along a major road.
Not my favorite thing in the world.
Nice ride from Van Cortlandt Park in Bronx to RT 119 Elmsford
