Short walk with a small waterfall along the way where you can sit on a bench, there's a river I like to sit in in the summer, it's a very nice, easy walk. Well maintained
More of a pleasant walk than a hike but it was beautiful with lots of sights to see. Look forward to walking this again. Smooth stone dust path would be ideal for wheelchairs or strollers. Be sure to visit distillery!
short easy tail. but alot of fun. be sure to follow the path to one shot distillery!
A nice gravel trail with some fun and interesting history. Stay from the trail a little bit and you will find foundation remains from old mills that were once all over the area. Perfect for children.
This trail is in Mottville,NY. Just north of Skaneateles,NY. On maps it is known as " Mill Road Nature Trail ".The trail runs for just longer than 1 mile between Mill Road just north of Old Seneca Turnpike and Crow Hill Road in Mottville. The pretty little trail crosses the creek via three wooden bridges and meanders through a forested corridor. Along the way you'll see remains of the railroad, dams, and millworks buildings.
Parking is available at both ends: in Mottville at Crow Hill Road and Frost Street; north of Skaneateles around 4144 Mill Road (Old Seneca Turnpike).
