Pecos River Valley Challenge is a 43.6 mile out and back trail located near Pecos, New Mexico and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for walking and road biking and is accessible year-round.
This area is nice but the best is just up the Pecos River. There is a spot where the river runs under the road. There is a swimming hole and rock jumping area called Pink Rock. Ask the locals about it. Love the area. Warning-water is cold in spring!
