Tumble Falls is a 11.2 mile loop trail located near Stockton, NJ that features a waterfall and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking and road biking and is accessible year-round.
This is actually the White Oak trail as mentioned by a previous review. It was a bit overgrown with summer vegetation so I only went a little ways in. There is a trail head on 29, or you can walk up Quarry road to meet up with where it crosses the road. This was also overgrown this time of year. Will go back in the fall.
Couldn't find "tumbling falls" but there was a nearby trail called "white oak" that was a simple loop through the woods. We found a mostly dry stream bed to walk on that was a lot of fun and somewhat challenging at times
