Lusscroft tour is a 3.6 mile loop trail located near Sussex, NJ and is only recommended for very experienced adventurers. The trail is primarily used for hiking, horses, and mountain biking and is accessible year-round. Dogs and horses are also able to use this trail.
Old maple forest, ridge top, creaks, old farmstead On this hike wou will go through old sugar maple forest, across streams, along ponds and fields and to the top of the Kittatinny Ridge. At the start of the cable guard-rail on right side you will see the light blue trail. Make the right on the light blue trail. From this point follow the trail colors mentioned here. Light blue to road. Cross road and take dark blue. Straight onto light pink. Back onto dark blue. Junction with yellow. Go right up steephill on dark blue. Come to wide woods road and make left. Go past yellow and make left on orange. Make right onto yellow. Make left onto dark blue. Left onto light blue. Right onto orange. Cross road take brown. Right on green. left on yellow.Right on pink. Right on red. Go staight on light blue, take to start. .
