awesome trail for bike's. if you start in newfields and head to epping you will come to a Starbucks and some fast food. the trail is nice and flat and pretty cool even on a hot day.
One of my favorite local spots for an easy wander. Have mostly explored the trail between Epping and Candia on foot, although I'd like to bike it one of these days so I could cover more ground. Best in the early spring or the fall when the bug population has died down a bit as it does go through some pretty swampy areas.
This trail north from Fremont to Epping was sometimes hard packed but most times very loose. It was like riding on the beach at times. The trail is plenty wide. You can ride doubles just about all the way. I picked up the trail behind Walgreens in the over flow parking lot in Epping and rode to the Fremont line.
