Kimball Pond is a 2 mile trail located near Dunbarton, New Hampshire. The trail is primarily used for canoeing and is best used from April until October.
Kimball Pond is a great area for canoeing and kayaking, but there is no "trail" per se except for an old logging road/snowmobile trail that runs up the east side of the area. If you go, be sure to follow that road up to the old foundations at the north end. It is fun to envision how this area must have appeared when it was first settled by Robert Rogers, et al. The starting point for exploring this area is the parking lot at the south end of the pond.
