Excellent short hike. Views are fabulous! I've did this hike last year and again a few weeks ago with my dog.
Good trail with masjestic views, ideal for warming up before indian head.
Short, easy hike. Only real difficulty was the rock scaling to the finish.
It was a nice hike with good views. A lot of steep sections and large rocks but a lot of them were like steps so that was nice. A good one for a beginner who wants a bit more difficulty.
Great trail for family that is in fair physical condition. My family and I hiked this about 2 hours before dark and made it up and to the road in plenty of time. We were a group of 44 male, 39 female, 15 male, 12 female and a 10 year old female. Trail is well marked with some fantastic boulders to climb and a great view at the top. Well worth the trip
Great hike for a bluff-side picnic lunch overlooking Echo Lake. Two options to get to the top, long (but easy) clockwise or steep (but short) counterclockwise. Either way is worth the views.
Great little hike.
A good challenge with 2 11-year-old boys… Used the selfie from the top for our Christmas card!
This spot is absolutely amazing! You get great views for just a short amount of hiking. The trails are pretty and the hike up is just challenging enough! Would definitely recommend!
This was the perfect hike for my seven and nine year olds. Just challenging enough. Great views, some climbing, quiet spots. Just a tiny bit of mud this April afternoon.
Really easy with amazing views! Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to get a short hike in!
Perfect if you have less than 2 hours
Nice hike very short but great views of cannon mountain
While this a short hike in the shadow of some the greatest trails in the White Mountains, we loved it! My young daughter had the experience of attaining a summit (Bald Mountain), with 360 degree views, and the view from the cliffs of nearby Artist's Bluff are extraordinary.
