Tahoe Rim Trail: Daggett Pass to Star Lake is a 17.2 mile out and back trail located near Glenbrook, Nevada and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking and snowshoeing and is best used from July until September.
Leave from heavenly parking lot below Tahoe ridge condos and be ready for a solid climb until you hit the Tahoe rim trail. From there it's another gradual climb - about a mile - until you hit the top of the ridge. Once at the top the trail snakes along the top of the ridge. Follow the trail as far as your legs can take you.
