Handicap accessible. We pushed our disabled daughter in her chair. Our 2 yr old was easily able to follow along. Great panoramic views of north Lake Tahoe.
Good duration for kids/teenagers and of course a great view.
Great casual morning hike for friends, kids, and visitors. Beautiful panoramic views of Tahoe from Sand Harbor to Kings Beach!
Straight forward up and back mostly on asphalt. Nice views. Also had pit latrines at top.
Loved it!! Great views
Roadside parking at the trail head. This one has well paved road and is pet friendly. Just the right length for non hiking expert. It is quiet on a Sunday morning. There are many great overviews of north shore and the entire lake.
Very easy hiking trail and great for pictures!
Great views and pretty easy! All uphill but worth it, good short hike.
Nice short hike but I think Eagle a Rock (in South Lake) is a much better view for just as much effort. Still beautiful here and appropriate for all fitness levels :) Stay on the paved road!
Super super simple with great views of the Lake — a nice paved road makes this accessible for just about anyone
Quick and easy. View is fantastic, great 30-45 minute hike. It's up hill but my 2 year-old loves it! Keep in mind, it's a small consistent uphill grade. Depending on ability could take 20 minutes to make it to the top or could take longer if you need breaks... Eitherway it's a nice walk and worth it. A nice quick-stop if you're a parent...
