The Bowl Ski Trail is a 1 mile moderately trafficked point-to-point trail located near Ennis, Montana that offers scenic views and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for downhill skiing and is best used from October until March.
The first time I skied The Bowl it turned total whiteout when I got to the top. Like a dummy I did not wait for visibility and ended up skiing off a cliff. As it turned out the drop was only about 6 feet but I did not know that when I first got air under my skis and could not see how far down it was. By the time I got down it was sunshine and blue sky.
