Short hike with great reward at the end. Get out and do this while the fall colors are out, it's gorgeous!
View at the end is awesome
Love this canyon hike.
Uphill but not steep. Fun hike. Amazing views. Nothing beats looking at the valley on one side and the canyon on the other. Looked like a painting on the backside!! Gorgeous. Fun. Worth the effort for sure!!!
My 3 year old walked the whole way and had so much fun!
Breathtaking view of Blodgett Canyon at the top, and beautiful post-fire landscape with flowers and young trees on the way up. Lots of views of the valley below.
Not too hard of a hike at all. It is pretty rocky in a few spots. Gorgeous view from the top!
Easy trail with spectacular views.
We love this hike. There are some beginners in the group that I went with and we all had a splendid time. The views at the top are phenomenal. Definitely a hike everyone should try at least once.
Nice walk to a beautiful view of Blodgett Canyon. Well maintained trail, not steep. Heavy use.
It was my first time hiking, and it was great. Beautiful scenery all around.
A trail very well worth it! A fairly easy 1.4 miles in. Of course a bit of an incline but not strenuous by any means. The view from the top is not to be missed.
It was awesome. It was pretty difficult towards the end but it was worth it, because the view was an unimaginable view. You could see the and hear the creek down in the canyon. I would prefer going in the morning it is cool. It was amazing.
Great day hike wirh beautiful views of the Bitterroot Valley below. The wildflowers are really in bloom (blue lupine, Indian paintbrush, wild roses.) Just the drive up to the trail head was pretty fun too.
This is a quick and satisfying hike if you don't have much time, if you like spectacular views, and/or if you are a beginner. The views are splendid! I went just as the lupines were starting to grow but before they were ready to bloom. The glacier lilies were in bloom and the wild clematis were in bud stage.
awesome views for little work... well, if your not a wuss that is!
