Bennett Park Trail is a 0.5 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Liberty, MO that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible from March until November. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Good trail for youngsters. Challenge course stations. Needs some maintenance. On other side of ball fields are a few skateboard challenges.
minor trail in a suburban park. Yes hard to distinguish, but it is there.
This trail does not exist anymore. It's overgrown, and the exercise equipment is rusted out. You can barely see where the trail use to be. There are fresh woodchips piled up that indicate they might try to redo the path, but haven't started. It's too open to be a nature trail and too overgrown to be a walking trail.
This trail can be easy if walked but the exercise stations spread throughout the trail and soft mulch keep things interesting and provide a nice break from pavement. It's has slow steady changes in elevation that also step up the intensity. The trail could use some tlc but it is still one of my favorites to run. It would make a great eagle scout project.
