Classic Beauty. Fantastic views. Leads into bigger better trails and spots along the majestic river. Bring a friend. This one can be the distance with a blanket of snow.

Have enterred from the bottom of Cedar Avenue both walking and on my bike. It's a gentle 3 mile hike (walk) over and back along the river bottoms and back water to South and the ponds to the North. A little noisy as you go under Cedar Avenue/MN Rt 77 expressway bridge, but the rest of the nature experience is great! Another access is off Old Shakopee Road by 86th Street.

This trail is also good for the non-technical mountain biker who still wants a rugged, but level ride. If you hike here, remember the bug repellent!
