This trail is closed as of July 2016 for construction. No date posted as to when it would re-open. Easy to switch to other side of river though so would recommend doing that. Great views.

II just this one during mid morning, and i needed a familiar place I love and know the trail well. This trail is breath taking as it over looks the river and trail your way into grand ave in st. paul. If u need a place to clear your mind, excercise, relax and be outdoors, this is the place. Better than Advil or any therapist! Lol. It is chilly in december, dress accordingly and there are many slippery parts from ice. If u have done this one before, be prepared to double your time due to coldness.
