Lots of flora and fauna on this trail. The storm in 2015 definitely changed much of the trail but the lookout points/views are completely worth the hike!!
If you're looking for an outside activity that will take a few hours then do the whole loop. Great trail to hike in the fall, the colors are breathtaking.

A great trail with some nice lookout points to Lake Michigan and Glen Lake. Lots of connected loops allow you to choose your own version of the trail. The scenery was drastically changed by the violent storm in August 2015.. many wooded areas were flattened by tornado-like winds. It'll never be the same but still worth visiting!

Great short hike - Easy trail has a few inclines that may be challenging for older hikers. The storm in Summer 2015 did a lot of damage to the area but it is fascinating to see the power of nature.

Nice incline, nice sites, but man was there so many trees cut down. Id like to know why.

Very easy hike. There are a couple different trails but the one we chose was along the beach, so level of difficulty can be adjusted based on which trail you take. The view is beautiful.

Disappointed. Reviews said "moderate"; I would say EASY. Paved, good for all access, but not what I would consider a "hiking" trail.

This whole loop is nice, but if you're short on time, a trip out to Glen Lake overlook & back is a very nice way to spend 2 hours.

Was disappointed to find the second trail head not on the map in early May. It has since been rectified. Resulted in an extra 7mi hike on a main road back to my car.
