I'm new to the area and it was my first time adventuring out! I loved the views, to see Boston in the distance was certainly something. As a heads up, it does cost $5 to park. The machine takes card though!
nice little hike. could nearly see Boston in the distance
Clearly marked an well groomed trails. Beautiful!!
Such a beautiful Trustees property: woods, open fields, water. A natural oasis near the city.
It's a very nice hike, especially in the fall. The hills add an element of challenge and adventure.
This was a very good hike. There are many trails for all levels . Very dog friendly . Lots of site seeing which made the trails more fun
A nice afternoon, particularly for families, given the fun, but accessible elevation changes, the wide meadows and the "swamp" experiencing secondary succession. Some will really like the distant Boston views. We're so appreciative of the ability to bring dogs!
Cool trail if you get the urge to hike in the Merrimack Valley! Make a day out of it but not when weather is hot! Stick the late fall early winter.
Depending on which trails you do this can easily become an afternoon event. Will be coming back soon to do the red trail. Went on the yellow and blue trails and was very pleased. I'd recommend some bug spray!
One of my favorite hikes near home. Usually a decent amount of visitors on the trails close to the parking area, but if you trek out to Elephant Rock on the Blue trail you can get a nice view without the crowd.
