Shining Sea Bikeway is a 10.6 mile point-to-point trail located near North Falmouth, Massachusetts. The trail is good for all skill levels and primarily used for walking, road biking, and mountain biking.
It was fantastic. The paths are mostly flat and well-maintained, while the scenery is beautiful-- both coastal and forest. We did the whole trail beginning at Corner cycle up to north Falmouth then back past Falmouth to Woods Hole and back to Corner Cycle. We had an 18-year- old and two 13-year-olds. They only complained minimally, so I consider that a success. It took us about four hours, including the spur to north Falmouth and a late lunch at Quicks Hole Taqueria in Woods Hole.
Great nature habitats. Easy flat riding. Check out the aquarium in Woods Hole. It's free.
This path has everything, cranberry bogs, fantastic marsh views, beautiful green trees and the sparkling ocean. It also ends in Woods Hole, an amazing place to spend the day!
Always worth it no matter the season. Great views all around....
Very scenic and Beautiful
A leisurely ride had lunch at pie in the sky at woods holes. Delicious
Great ride, very scenic
Awesome trail for biking or walking. Rode this several times. This is actually 10.7 miles one way from Falmouth to Woods Hole. Great ocean view, very scenic. I do this a lot with my bike meetup group. If you want a longer ride catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and have a great time with that area :)
awesome ride with excellent bars and food at your destination
