Very enjoyable, just before trees and brush bud out, can see lots of glacial erratics, no bugs yet. Dog Nova is protected from ticks with collar.
Nice trail for running, some sections are very technical and it has a good diversity of terrains. Felling good.
Beautiful area. Lakes, forest, well maintained trails and footpaths. Lots of history and places to explore. Even if the parking lot is full, you will never feel crowded. Bike, run, walk the dog or ride your horse.
Pirate treasure, history, and mystery surround these woods. Pick up a book!. Awesome trails and paths, not actually in lynn central, more or less near 128 and rt 1.
Great trails and lots to explore.
So many trail options. Great hike!
Great hike! Beautiful scenery.
A great day hike / walk. Take the trails to see dungeon rock and stone tower.
Had a great hike and it is so close by that we will be back for more exploring. It was also nice to see a couple of horse barns that were right on the trail.
I've been walking in Lynn woods for years now. I just got done with a walk around the skull rock and heaven rock (the area with the power lines) and found an unsettling amount of deer ticks on myself, my sister and our dogs. I think it's because we were in the grassy area but I've never had that issue there before. make sure you always tick check, luckily none of them were burrowed
Great, wide path on Ox Pasture Road for dog walking. Beautiful views of Walden Pond.
