Ken Cuddeback Trail is a 0.8 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Amherst, Massachusetts that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
KCT starts at Wentworth Farm (park off of Old Farm road in Belchertown https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/42.36132/-72.49000) and continues South, crossing the Norwottuck Rail Trail. The trail makes many road crossings and follows roads quite a bit, so if you're looking for solitude, this trail isn't a great candidate (though the short sections adjacent to the rail trail are nice). But if you're up for something new, give it a try. Just make sure you bring a map/GPS as almost impossible to follow the trail once you're on the street. Nice quiet walk. Not a very long walk but nice. Lots of birds and turtles.
