KCT starts at Wentworth Farm (park off of Old Farm road in Belchertown https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/42.36132/-72.49000) and continues South, crossing the Norwottuck Rail Trail. The trail makes many road crossings and follows roads quite a bit, so if you're looking for solitude, this trail isn't a great candidate (though the short sections adjacent to the rail trail are nice). But if you're up for something new, give it a try. Just make sure you bring a map/GPS as almost impossible to follow the trail once you're on the street. Try using the info from http://waymarkedtrails.org/en/relation/4836838 as a guide.

Nice quiet walk. Not a very long walk but nice. Lots of birds and turtles.
