I don't know who would have rated ANY trail at this park as difficult, but they must not hike much. For the most part I would call it easy with a few small, moderate stretches. It is easily accessible and tends to get very crowded.,leading to way too much random human contact I don't go into the woods to hear people chatting or yelling into their phones. If you get as far from park headquarters and the ponds as possible though, you can find some fairly isolated trails with some decent rocks and elevation.

Not a difficult trail but very scenic.
