Nice but sometimes too many people. I prefer the more heavily wooded, dirt trails around the area.

A nice walk or run through the park is nice. Not too long!

Centennial park offers a nice paved trail around Centennial Lake. Relatively flat with bikers, hikers, and runners. Great family atmosphere with people of all ages on the trail. Not many trails off the main paved trail. Walk this regularly and have never seen it overly crowded but also never empty.

It is a staple 2.4mile paved lake loop with a few modest trail off-shoots. The non-paved trails I have checked out are mostly deadenders or spill into backyards and culdesacs. the lake loop is nice, some flat, some very modest rises.

One of Columbia premier lakes with walking path around it. Great for everyone including FIDO.

This park is very family friendly. It is not a "real hike" since the path is paved. But it is a nice walk. There is a lake in the middle of the park which you can see while you walk all the way around it. It has a nice marina where you can rent paddle boats and fish. It also has an outdoor theater where they have live music Wednesday nights during the summer. On the other side of the lake they have pavilions, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, and tons of playgrounds. There are always tons of people there, and pets are allowed. Great for a family picnic or walk around the lake!
