Clyde Fant Memorial Parkway Trail is a 10.3 mile out and back trail located near Shreveport, LA that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, birding, and road biking and is accessible year-round.
This isn't the most interesting trail but for a walk in the city it's nice. I've done this a few times with my two kids and we enjoyed it.
Its a great place but its partly washed out from the river.
Paved flat path for running, walking, or a nice bike ride along the river
This trail is a fully paved very easy trail. It's great for walking, jogging, or riding a bike. There are trees on one side and a road on the other. The Red River can be seen from some parts of the trail which is nice. This is not a forest or wilderness trail. It's very enjoyable for a casual stroll.
